PRINT A LOGO ON IT!
MORE THAN JUST INK AND TEES
WHAT IS SCREENPRINTING?
Screen printing is basically the old-school-but-still-awesome way of putting designs on shirts, hoodies, and other gear.
Think of it like this: we make a stencil of your design, push ink through a fine mesh screen, and layer it onto the material one color at a time. That’s how you get those bold, vibrant prints that actually last instead of peeling off after a couple washes.
It’s perfect for bulk orders, team gear, work uniforms, events, or anything where you want your logo to look sharp and stay that way. Simple idea, solid results, and honestly… kind of satisfying to watch happen.
TEES, HOODIES & EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN
We can screen print on pretty much anything you can wear: tees, tanks, long sleeves, hoodies, sweatshirts, business gear —basically if it’s fabric, we’re probably going to try to put a logo on it. With two automatic presses and one trusty old-school manual press, everything’s printed in-house with care, love, and probably too much caffeine.
LOW MINIMUMS!
QUALITY WORK. NO GIANT MINIMUMS.
Screen printing is kind of the “slow cooker” of apparel decorating — it takes more setup, more time, and a little behind-the-scenes magic, but the results are hard to beat. It’s our go-to option for larger orders because it delivers durable, vibrant prints that look great wash after wash.
We keep things simple at Logos: no setup fees, no weird surprises. But because each design requires custom screens to be made, screen printing works best for orders of 10 pieces or more.
Only need a smaller batch? No worries. That’s where our Direct to Garment (DTG) and Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) options come in clutch for short runs, one-offs, and “I only need a few” situations.

Fast and Quality Service
Our secret ingredient? Happy customers!
Well, that and good coffee.
Our typical turnaround time is 10–14 business days once we have your print-ready artwork. If you’d like us to create your design, it may take a bit longer — usually 14–21 business days — but trust us, it’s worth the extra time!
Our minimum for screen printing is 10 pieces per design. Depending on how many colors or print locations you want, that minimum might bump up a bit.
Screen printing isn’t just “hit print”—we’re talking screens being created, burned, lined up, and dialed in on press. It takes some real setup time to get it right, which is why we stick to minimums on these jobs.
Need just one shirt or a small batch? We’ve got you. Check out our Direct to Film (DTF) printing—perfect for smaller orders, full-color designs, and those “I just need one” situations.
Heads up: for the best prints, we need your design in a vector file — .ai, .eps, .cdr, .pdf, or .fla.
Those regular photo files (like .jpg and .png) you found in your downloads folder? Great for Instagram, not so great for screen printing. We’ll have to recreate them, and that might cost a bit extra if they’re tricky.
No fancy file? Relax. Our design team loves a good challenge. We can whip up or clean up your artwork for you — starting at $30, depending on how wild your idea is.

Screen printing is the process of printing designs onto various materials using a mesh screen stencil, a squeegee, and ink. Screen printing is commonly used to create t-shirts, posters, and other custom items with high-quality and long-lasting designs. The stencil is created by blocking out the areas where ink is not intended to pass through, leaving the remaining areas of the stencil open to allow ink to pass through and create the desired design. A garment is loaded onto a pallet, providing a flat printing surface, then the screen is lowered to the garment. The ink is then applied onto the surface of the garment by pressing it through the mesh screen using a squeegee. If there are multiple colors, a separate screen must be made for each ink color. The garment with the newly printed design on it is cured in a high temp dryer to make it permanent.

Why? Creating, burning, and aligning screens takes a fair bit of time — so minimums help keep things efficient (and affordable) for everyone.
Just need one shirt? No problem! Check out our Direct to Garment (DTG) Printing option or heat-pressed vinyl options — perfect for small runs and one-off orders.
